Application Calendar:

Application Requirements For Students :

·         Students can apply for the program only for 1 semester (4 months).

·         To be a student at a degree of B.A, M.A or PhD

·      To have a GPA of at least 2,5/4,00 for B.A students

·       To have a GPA of at least 3,00/4,00 for M.A and PhD students.

·       Calculation of Mevlana Point: 50 % language score + 50 % GPA (grade point average)

·         To calculate a “Mevlana Point”, your students must have an Exam Score. You can do an exam for the students who do not have a language exam score.

Documents Required:

·         Nomination Sheet showing Mevlana Point

·       Application Form signed by student

·       Transcript

·       Language Score

·       Student Certificate

·       Copy of Passport or ID

 Application Requirements For Academic Staff:

• Academic Staff can apply for the program  for min. 2 weeks to max. 3 months.
• There is not a specific requirement in the regulation

• A certificate of language level
• Staff who have not benefited from the programme previously.

Scholarship for Incoming Students:

 The students who come  to Turkey as a Mevlana Exchange Programme students will be paid 1200 TL

Wages for academic staff who come to Turkey within the framework of Mevlana Exchange Programme as following:

Accommodation Facilities :

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University has furnished flats for international guests. Note that the accommodation for exchange students and academic staff is free of charge at our University.
